Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation email or invoice)

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions. The item must be shipped back to us within 5 days of approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are not in their original condition or missing parts

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method (cash refund via agreed delivery method), within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
